At this current moment the United States spends somewhere along ONE TRILLION DOLLARS A FUCKING YEAR on oil imports from the Middle East, meaning you're funding the other side in the war on terror MORE than you're funding your own hungry 800 billion plus Department of Defense.

Produce methanol and dimethyl ether with waste LFTR heat and begin supplementing existing petroleum with it, making the concentration higher and higher until eventually it replaces the gasoline entirely, while at the same time passing a bill that states ALL CARS *SOLD*, not MADE in America be flex fueled. Since no other country is going to walk away form the American auto market, Japanese/German/etc car manufacturers will switch their production plants to making flex fueled cars. Congratulations, you've just absolutely decimated Big Oil's ability to meddle in politics with nations as well as put the brakes on hard on the economies of all oil-producing Middle Eastern nations, and secured your energy future.

Reduce funding to DoD from ~800 billion to 350 billion, while at the same time setting up government-operated factories that are largely automated for the production of cheap reliable military equipment and supplies, instead of paying Raytheon's premiums, while still keeping the American military about the same strength and efficacy it was before the budget slash.

And for fuck sake, legalize cannabis, LSD, and psilocybin mushrooms. Decriminalize everything else. Take prison system back from private prison dickshits, as that's some Orwellian bullcrap right there.

If you could take a drug that would make you feel exactly like you wanted to feel for the rest of your life - that means, if you wanted hedonistic bliss or if you wanted to take over the world and murder everyone or if you wanted a life of fluctuating depression and happiness, it would make you feel exactly like that - would you take it?

Those saying no, because it's not reality, how is that different from life, which is basically a the same as drug except the drug you've been given has a random effect, and you have little to no control over it?
