I'm 18 and my 2 parents forced me to do social studies (they are both lawyers and they want me to be one). I feel like being a lawyer is blue-pilled.

Anyway, I have nice grades and I will be able to apply to statistics.
But I want to start learning both math and science.
The problem is I don't know shit about anything related to those.

What's the first thing I should do?

Mathematicians of /sci/ please help me understand the RHS of the equation in pic related (lower bounds of definite integral is x and upper bound is ∆x). What i need help understanding is when you take the lim as ∆x-->0. Its clear that the LHS becomes dF/dx, however when you apply the same lim to the RHS is when i get confused. Doesnt 1/∆x approach infinity? I can somewhat make sense of what happens in the integral, as ∆x goes to 0 the upper bound basically becomes x. Thats all i can really make of it. Please explain what happens when you apply the lim ---> ∆x to the RHS. Thanks
