Answering this anons question from the old bread.
It either ices over and you accept some evaporative losses everytime you go through. The ice wouldn't be too thick but you have to crack it to get through.
The other alternative is putting a thin layer of vacuum stable oil on the top, doesn't need to be thick at all to stop evaporation. It will stop ice forming but you might get a bit of oil on your machines/suits.
All a trade off, whatever method you want the entrance to be covered with unpressurised doors to stop wind and sun.
