Sorry guys, but crashing Pluto into Mars is a terrible idea. it would make an ocean over pretty much all of the planet, tens of kilometers deep if not more. We already have enough Jovian and Saturnian ice worlds ready for melting.

I would rather bring Pluto and Charon in to function as moons around Mars, and construct a 'bubble' around the whole planet, and change the composition of the gasses for Pluto to be terraformed and habitable to terrestrial life.
Pluto can be moved with an utter fuckton of coilguns firing pieces of Pluto away to accelerate in toward the inner solar system, but I think you can see that would be a near impossible engineering problem. Another possibility is if something along the lines of an Alcubierre drive is invented that doesn't require a solar-mass fuckton of negative energy to move Pluto's and Charon's mass, we could create a modified field that would bend a bubble in spacetime so Pluto begins accelerating toward the sun and put in an orbit around Mars.
