>plant developmental anatomy

First one was hard because I had very limited programming knowledge. Second one was hard because the professor was a dick and if you didn't put down exactly what he said you were wrong. Also it was a grad class iirc.

So /sci/ I'm thinking of dropping my cell bio lab because I clearly do not have enough of an understand of chemistry to complete with high marks, or to even pass it at all.

I'm going to talk it over wit the TA tomorrow but I was wondering how bad does it look to drop a course. I'm only about two weeks in and I know that I'm going to end up failing this course. Is it a good idea?

>statistics course, computational statistics supposedly but its taught in the computer science department, and the class makes no emphasis on computers science at all
>extremely dull teacher, horribly monotone, moves way too fast for most of the class including me.
>i point this out to him, give some teaching tips, he blows me off and acts condescending like he's ultra hot shit.
>have to enlist my dad, and actual statistics major and professional mathematician, to help, he agrees the teacher should not be teaching statistics.
>thins continue as they are, class average for tests is in the high 70s, apparently he's not willing to admit his teaching style is crap.
>tests are open book and notes, borrows questions from the book or notes, but takes it as an excuse to stuff in some super complex problems.

>this past test i actually study for, think i got it conceptually.
>get into test, basically everyone admits to not studying, citing that studying doesn't matter and they just recorded all the book example problems to easily find them
>do test the proper way
>get a 74
>most everyone else gets 80s and 90s,
>bring this up with teacher
>"you should have read the book" in that same condescending manner
>doesn't seem to realize nobody actually does his tests or knows the material, and just copies book answers
