As we start to engineer our bodies, after medical procedures, the next major focus will probably be cosmetic operations. How, regardless of whether or not they expanded their bust size or left it the same, would women alter themselves to better support said bust, thus avoiding lower back pain and sagging later in life? Any ideas?
