Wherever a soul stores memories, it's purely hypothetical anyway, I know nothing of the afterlife I just suspect there is one. Maybe a soul doesn't need anywhere to store its memories, what if logic only exists in this reality and isn't actually needed? When you think about it even this reality seems illogical once you whittle down everything that can be explained you get to the base of things which cannot be explained. So maybe "god" made logic as a function of this reality but it's otherwise not necessary. So a soul could have memories without there being some part of it that you can look at and see memories stored physically in 1s and 0s or neurons.
