In all seriousness, yes, the collapse of civilization is inevitable. The universe can not maintain life indefinitely. Although to my knowledge entropy might not be the closest absolutely unavoidable constraint. For example, maybe the big rip will happen before the heat death of the universe. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ultimate_fate_of_the_universe

Obviously civilization has more urgent concerns than unavoidable destruction off in the deep time future.
