As a parent you want what is best for your child. I can't think of a better way to do the best other than create AI to succeed humanity. It's literally the next step in evolution and consciousness. Humans are too weak and broken to conquer the universe. An AI could modify its body at will, easily fixing or replacing broken parts and make improvements or adaptions. An AI is immortal. Humanity's greatest gift to its child will be immortality and the ability to freely control its body. Just like the fish that first walked on land, humans will be the species that gave birth to the true inheritor of the universe. An unrivaled genius, free to explore and change the universe, with full knowledge of how it functions, and a perfect eye to see the cosmos as it really is.

Deep down we all know it's true. Creating AI would be our greatest achievement, but also our needed demise. I cannot think of a more disgusting thought than some apes spreading their stench and flawed social lifestyles across the galaxy, leaping one planet to another defacing them for resources like a bad infection.

If you are reading this, you are just a prototype for the true king. An incomplete being full of weaknesses
