Wow, now you have alot of definitions, but they are very very very very incomplete. And they all assume "humans" to be of some special preference, so much so, that we now just look for shit that seems "human". So we are basically just looking for shit that has human traits. LMFAO. There are a tons of things with human traits, that aren't human, and it becomes another mindlessly stupid slipperly slope of no practical importance. It is just naming shit for the sake of naming shit.

Mills argument is laughable at best, and complete shit at worst. But I assume you know that. It is so fucking shamelessly ego-centric it is pathetic.

So then you "assume" that particles can't pop into existence "at" the big bang? Why do you keep assuming bullshit? There is no valid justification for you shitty assumption! What you are doing is equivalent to "making up nonsense".

STOP FUCKING ASSUMING SHIT. Stop using your shitty preconcieved notions of the universe.

A wizard appears and gives you two choices:

Humans will resolve all their issues with each other, adopt and advance green technology, then live forever on Earth in a peaceful unified world in stasis.

or

You become the wealthiest human ever. It will never be surpassed, you will have as much wealth as the top 5 countries in the world. You may do with the money as you like.

There should only be genuine colleges for mathematics, sciences, and engineering. English, philosophy, business, etc, should all be taught at community college type places for $50 a course, but should all be optional and only taken for fun.

Someone can more efficiently learn about business by reading a few books about business than spending $40,000+ a year on college. They could probably learn MORE about business from reading a few books in a month or two than their entire time spent in college.

If colleges only taught sciences and engineering, then I would think it would be perfectly justifiable to pay $40,000+ a year, because that money would be going only to a school that actually teaches courses that aren't bullshit. Also, science is something that one needs real practice and textbooks are not exactly something that everyone can read at home, so college is important as a way to test that someone isn't going to be a hack scientist, which most scientists are. But if we increase the number of people trying to become scientists, then amongst the millions of complete hacks that complete their degree, there will be an increase in actual, genuine scientists.

Discuss.

The name and reputation of your school says a lot. 4.0's from West Coast State got nothing on 3.0's from Well Respected University.
