Regarding /phi/ or /rel/ it wouldn't work. Trolls don't take material to the most appropriate place for legitimate discussion. It would continue in /sci/ worse than ever as they would get butthurt responses more than ever of '>>>/phi/' and '/sci/ was meant to be fixed!'

Word filters are the way to go, and an aggressive mod would be welcome too.
