I like this question.

Seems finite, but I wasn't able to simplify it.
I looked for formulas for 1/Gamm(x+1), but didn't see anything useful. Didn't try the reflection formula, but this might just make it more complicated. I also didn't see a regularization alla
1/Gamm(x+1) = g(x) + series
with g integrable in 0 to inf.
Those were my ideas.

What I had in mind is that if [math] {\mathcal P}V \subseteq V [/math], then the map given by just identity on [math]{\mathcal P}V[/math] while mapping the rest to e.g. the empty set would be a surjection.

I think I've only ever seen varpi [math] \varpi [/math] in plain number theory.
