I want to control one range of numbers as a 0-100% throttle for another range of numbers.

Let's assume range A is 0.3-0.6 and range B is 1.2-1.6.
As range A increases from 0.3 to 0.6, range B will proportionally increase from 1.2 to 1.6.

With range A set to the beginning at 0.3 range B should be at 1.2
With range A set to the middle at 0.45 range B should be at 1.4
With range A set to the end at 0.6 range B should be at 1.6
etc.

What formula should I use to accomplish this?
