I saw someone on /tv/ say that if you spend enough time at university you will eventually get a PhD, in whatever field you want, no matter how hopeless you are. Is this true? I've always wanted a PhD but I'm older than most students already and have a variety of mental issues that make me basically fucking retarded. But I do have time and money. Can I make it?
