Can anyone please explain to me why this molecule is named as such (IUPAC)? I've looked at it myself and have come up with different answers, such as a lower number for the double bond, and changing "methylethyl" to isopropyl.
Name is:
1-methyl- 4-(1-methylethyl)- 2,3-dioxabicyclo[2.2.2]oct- 5-ene
