When discussing teleportation, people get a bit uncomfortable with the thought that an exact copy of yourself would simply be another person (i.e. the sense of self you experience through consciousness wouldn't be the same). How do we know it doesn't already happen when you go unconscious? You slept and now you're awake. Is this 'you' that is conscious now is the same 'you' that was conscious before you ceased to be conscious a while ago?

why is everyone obsessed with cs+math? I’m starting this exact degree next year and I have no idea what kinda of paths it will lead me down, in either postgrad or industry

Have they tried looking at wikipedia and a couple of youtube videos to "analyze performance"? How do they plan to do that anyway? Did they put millions worth of analytics equipment on their payload or something?
