xy = 4x-6y
x-3y+2(4x-6y)=0 --> 9x = -15y --> x = -5y/3
4(-5y/3) - 6y - (-5y/3)*y = 0 --> 5(y^2)/3 = -38y/3 --> y^2 + 38y/5 = 0 --> y(y+38/5) = 0
so either y = 0, or y = -38/5
then x = -5y/3 --> x = -5*(38/5)/3 = -38/3
possible I made an arithmetic error in there so double check it for yourself.
