This is retarded. Take people born without pensises while being XY or females born sterile while being XX. Obviously there is other factors that going into the development of our biological system besides having a chromosome or not having a chromosome. Other genes, the conditions in the womb effecting how you are grown, etc. I don't why conditions in the womb or other genetic factors cant make a male can be born with the female sense of being a girl.
