I'll explain this as fucking simple as I can. The only thing that will happen is that cube will appear on through the blue portal as fast as Buster appeared through the otherside of the window that he stood through. the cubes bottom face will still be resting on the platform until gravity takes over and has the cube tumble or slide down the ramp since the platform has technically "patched the hole in the ramp" so to speak, making it solid again.
