hey medfags, I have a question about health and my digestive system, I get "bad breath", but it's weird because it goes away as soon as I eat something, I've been taking probiotics and it's been helping but it still occurs, the bad breath has been described as having some sort of acidic, sour smell, I don't get any heart burn but I feel like it has something to do with my stomach and esophagus where my esophagus doesn't stay closed or something? or lets some acidic odor out? last time I went to a doctor I told them about it and they said take probiotics, I'll go to another doctor specializing in digestive system stuff but for now what do you guys have to say about what I possibly have?

What is the absolutely most durable fabric one could make t-shirts from? Even a material that isn't commonly used to make t-shirts that could potentially be used. I am thinking something that would last a long time while also being able to withstand bleaching, steaming, maybe slight exposure to corrosive substances?

How much of what a physician learns in medical school will he be able to dump? Is there a systematic approach to medicine which prevents errors in diagnosis? Does a doctor get worse the older they get? Is staying up to date on current literature more a case of specialization?

Someone pointed out that realistically I will only be able to read 10,000 books in my lifetime. The amount of scientific literature being produced every year is probably more than I could ever read in a lifetime, so how do physicians keep up to date?

Tbh senpai the idea of dedekind cut doesnt really make sense by itself so extending beyond it isn't valuable.

>set A contains every rational number less than the cut, set B contains every rational number greater than or equal to the cut
Provides that B is greater than A, that if B were infinite then A would be finite, provides that A to B, 1 to any n, can only have a finite amount of elements in it's set.
Meaning 1 approaching 2(non-inclusive of 2) can only have a finite amount of values between 1 and 2, and 2 going on would have infinite, which already assumes a definition of infinity is in place. The set A from 0 towards any arbitrary real number Z would only be abled to have a finite number of elements, and the set B from Z onwards would only have a greater number of elements as it includes Z where A does not.

Biology/premed double major thing.
I wouldve gone with this but im planning in the event that i dont land in medschool and having a useful degree makes more sense than those two. But i wanted to learn more about biology in depth. I assume im still learning biology in depth in medschool anyways but whatever.

What made them so special?

What is this?

You always hear in here about people with $100 000 loans that they would have to pay for the rest of their lives.

Are those aids some kind of covert loan or something?

In america there is ALWAYS a crooked shrink in college towns that will write adderall scripts for people who dont need it. I got my "diagnosis" by taking a scantron assessment given by a psychiatrist who practiced out of his home (like his sunroom was his waiting room). He didnt accept insurance or any major credit cards so I had to pay cash for everything but within an hour of meeting the guy I had a 'professional' ADD diagnosis and have been able to get continuous refills from my family doctor every month since

Im prescribed 90 20mg adderall a month and take maybe a 1/3 of that. The rest brings me an extra $200 or so a month
