I worked as a math tutor in a community college learning center. I really enjoyed it.

Student access to the center was included with tuition (basically free). It made for a very casual and open environment. We had a around 5 tutors for 30-40 students in classes ranging from pre-elementary algebra to linear algebra. My center emphasized trying to keep sessions with any individual student down to 15 min or so. Made it easy to bug out of weird situations with unmotivated students. But it was also engaging to quickly hop from question to question. I even got to hold a few larger review sessions in a classroom type setting.
