Greetings, /sci/

I have a horrendously stupid question to ask, but bear with me here:

Is it possible to superheat an object to such an incredible scope, that if such an object were injected directly into the ocean, the evaporation of water particles within a large vicinity could generate huge amounts of condensation and in turn, create more clouds and stimulate rainfall? And would super heating any substance to solar levels be possible without emitting any radiation other than thermal?
