Hey i got a question for you /sci/ i got this question for physics and I just can't figure it out. this is for a hand in assignment so i can't just check an answer book.. anyway here it is:

An illumination of 300lx is recommended for reading good printed material.If a desk lamp makes a circle with a diameter of 40 cm when the bulb is 50cm above the surface, what is the luminous flux of of the bulb?

Any help would be greatly appreciated
