Well, /sci/, I figured we should suggest our ideas how to solve that whole Fukushima problem.
I'll start:
Step one: We cool down the cores with liquid Nitrogen.
Step two: ???
Step three: Profit !

Pic related. That's how I'd do it.

To explain why it would work: The system is currently an exotherm structure which needs too loose inner energy. If we cool down, it will slow the Meltdown...down...

Also: I'm pretty baked.
