What do you think about this company? They’re trying to make upper stages reusable. This seems hard because you need to handle several km/s reentry speeds. Also, you’d need to make a tough design decision: be primary stage agnostic to be able to be slotted onto any rocket system or be launcher-specific which hitches your fate to the launcher’s.
Is this viable or is it bs?
