Sci I want to know how much time it would take to drive on the most populated freeway(i5) in the most populated county(los angeles) in the United States to see enough other "vehicles"(avg population of a vehicle=2 people?? )to constitute the entire population in the United States(~300million)

Obviously assuming every vehicle is new and measured in whatever the average "traffic workday" would be.

Thanks in advance, anon.
