Women have only had a say in sexual selection the last hundred years or so.

Before that, women were told who they would marry, have sex with, etc.

In Patriarchial societies, most men are not circumcised.

In more equal societies, or female led societies, such as the USA, most men are cut due to female sexual attraction and preference.
