Intro to modern algebra, we’re writing proofs and I’m too low IQ to do it. I don’t even know how to start them, it just seems to flow from step to step when my professor does it but he always knows exactly how to start all of them. I’m too low IQ to even know where to start and too low IQ to know what assumptions to make. It fucking hurts finding out I’m too stupid for these things.

I'm a complete hack. I'm "good at math" in the sense that I'm good at logical thinking and am moderately intelligent, but I have no passion for it beyond the passion I have for any intellectual pursuit. I certainly haven't dedicated myself to it. I've memed my way through REU and now I'm memeing my way through an honors thesis. I hate living this lie. It wouldn't be so bad if I was passionate about _anything_, but I honestly don't seem to be. I managed to trick myself into thinking math was my thing for a few years but I can't pretend anymore.

Is there any way I can become a "at home scientist"? I basically fucked up in the early years of university due to depression and lack of interest. Now that I'm interested, I'm getting excellent grades but it's too late. My transcript is fucked. I'd really like to be a doctor but at this point I have to settle for being an RN. Is there any way I can still feel smart and maybe produce something worthwhile in my off hours? I'm guessing I'd have to start studying engineering.

My mom thinks that a fucking project in Computer Science (a class I don't even need to graduate) is something that I actually needed to do.

/sci/ i have a dry mouth, how can i fix this? I have had a moderately dry mouth ever since i was 11. The doctor simply told me to drink more water. I'm 18 now. What is causing this? I feel hopeless, i have never smoked or drank alcohol in my life. Does anyone have the same problem? Are humans supposed to have little bit of Saliva in their mouth?

what the fuck is happening to me /sci/? I had difficulty trying to multiply out 12x13 in my head the other day. When I attempted to do it by hand, I completely forgot how to multiply it out that I had to look at a YouTube video for help.
I'm not getting Alzheimer's already am I???

I'm only 21 years old and currently doing a masters in Quantitative Finance. I had a GPA of 3.6 when I was a math undergradte and before that I was in the top 10 in my class in high school entrance exams.
