I don't even debate if it's real or not.

I just point out that no matter what we (the west) does China, India, South America, and Southeast Asia, will not do anything about "global warming". We will economically cripple ourselves and it won't change anything anyway.

IF the weather changes, then it will change. People in third wold shit holes who are one extra rainfall away from being killed will die by the millions. But is that really OUR fault or THEIR fault for being so poor that ANY change in the weather kills them? Is the problem that the weather MIGHT change or that billions of people can be killed by even slight weather modifications?

Perhaps the problem isn't "global warming", but rather, "global poverty"?
