But in all seriousness, explosions are muffled underground, and this will be taken slowly at first. I am not an expert on mining. I will be the first to admit it. But eventually there will be people interested in joining my project decades from now when it actually starts picking up serious steam that have experience and knowledge in these areas. Not to mention I will also have gained a lot of knowledge relating to these things.

Look, I'm going to try as hard as I can to make this happen. If it doesn't happen, at least I can say I fucking tried to make the world a little better.

My project incidentally crosses paths with the life extension group. Seeing as this is a country/system developed for the more intelligent of humans, birth rate will not be a problem.
