i want to go to school to be a mechanical and electronic engineer. i live in WA state, and i want to know what schools would have the best program. i have to start at a community college first though, and then transfer to a university.

so my first question is: how would i go about getting a degree in both? would i complete school first with a bachelors in engineering, then go back and get a masters in another one?

my second question is: how do i tell which school is best for me, and has the best program for my field of study?

pic semi-related i guess.
