>Hitler would probably be higher because he seems like a Psychopathic autistic guy with Bipolar disorder and who took enough stimulants to induce psychosis in bear
Hitler was none of these, though he did take such substances nearing the end of his life, at the behest of his doctor for dealing with the stress.
Without debating anything else, it is clear Hitler was a highly highly intelligent man. Born at the border of Austria and Germany to a humble family, he excelled in primary school being the top of his class, had a clear talent for art despite being self-taught (e.g. pic rel), a solider, thinker who founded an entire coherent ideology (for a fair synopsis of it, read "Hitler as Philosophe", here is a thread on it >>/lit/thread/21931505)) , and then went about molding the world to his will (and ultimately failing). Marx wrote a book and that's all he did. Lenin was as revolutionary and acted on Marx's ideas, and expanded upon them a bit, and won power by force (October Revolution), Stalin was a sly and clever politician who applied those ideas and led his country. Hitler did all of this and more in a single lifetime. The above book put it quite nicely imo
> As early as 1953, H. R. Trevor-Roper evoked the image of Hitler as a kind of synthesis of Spengler and Napoleon, noting that of all world conquerors the German leader had been the most “philosophical”

Germany had a way lower debt (obv aboslute, and relative terms e.g. debt to gdp ratio) than any of those countries have today.
