We'll probably learn to live in those new conditions, whether moving to other planets of the solar system or by closing our personal biospheres from the damaging radiations, feeding on those radiations to maintain those biospheric bubble nets. You can use it in a sci-fi plot, but more urgent problems we're to solve is the risk of the collapse of civilization due to vile forces working against it, so first we have to prepare some concealed and isolated civilizational bubbles together with measures of prevention of the collapse. Thus history suddenly is, if not exactly science, a source of data to learn from and to prove that those fears are not some bigoted bias, but some rather reasonable apprehensions demanding some accurate precautions.

Your theory contradicts some stubborn facts. This short book is simple to read and gives external links to lots of data.
