You don't need to deep dive into set theory and logic, just be familiar with absolute rudimentary notation. It should take you like 10 minutes.

Other than that just make sure you know high-school stuff like elementary algebra and trigonometry.

As for the difficulty, I found it took way more time than I expected, but the material itself isn't that difficult. The tempo varies from uni to uni of course, just be prepared for high workloads. If you want to get a head-start I guess you could start reading up on calculus (or analysis, not sure how Americans make the distinction), and linear algebra, since almost all undergrad programs start off with that stuff.
