Most of what is taught in a biology program is not useful to what you would need to know compared to a bio anthro program. I went through half a bio program and most of what I learned, aside from basic lab skills, wasn't properly transferable simply because of how much anthropology is actually involved in bio anthro.

I have certain autistic traits (difficulty with social interactions, no eye contact, sensitivity to light and sound, etc) but that centers around discomfort around people because I had been alienated and an outsider since middle school and became completely friends once I entered college. Basically I'm just weird as shit and I don't care at this point.

I knew a true autist and let me tell you, it exists and it's rather unpleasant. Certain things could send this kid into vietnam flashback mode. But holy hell was he a master tier coder. Like every college I could think of was offering him half ride scholarships and shit.
