Is mathematical logic worth knowing as a programmer? What about CS research?

Of course basic logic is relevant to things like digital design, but I'm referring to the sort of content found in an upper division math logic course.

I'd love to learn any and all math, but time is finite so I need to focus my energy, ya know?
