I mean, I am sure they really saw something, and they're calling it a "ghost." But what they call it doesn't make it into what they are. Naming is not hypostatization. This is the problem all the lucid dreaming people have in this thread. They exhibit perfectly normal, intersubjective signals, and then name this all "lucid dreaming," and then suppose that these signals are evidence for private phenomena (dreaming while lucid). But there is no evidence for private phenomena. So it's all bullshit from the start.
