IF You take liquid helium (a super fluid at 2.17 K), put it in a electromagnetic toroid (donut) wrapped geometrically with conductive cabling, then pulse a 15 million Electron Volts through the device, it will:

A) I have no frakking clue.
B) do nothing but look weird and cost $$$.
C) Depending on the diameter and volume of said donut, the amount of wire wrapping, it would thrust significantly in a direction, bending space fluid dynamics analogs into vortex rings.
D) explode.
E) other...
