Will a commercial European Space Station ever happen, with European crew and cargo capabilities? Or will they rely on Axiom + Dragon for now on?

Was doing some research on the Airbus Loop, found this pic

Spartan Space is a French newspace startup that works on lunar architecture for the ESA as well as an inflatable module called Eurohab, which is the one attached to LOOP in this image and has been pitched as a habitat for the lunar surface as well

They have allot of impressive talent it seems just from looking at linkedin. European newspace doesn't seem to be as popular on this board but I wish them the best
