Dunno, I don't know much about science.

Ok, but conversely, you can force yourself to drink water when your body isn't telling you to drink it.
There is no chemical stimulating your brain to tell it that you need water, because you don't.
That's purely 'you' doing shit for the fuck of it.
And then you over hydrate yourself and die.

And yea I'll check those links out.

>Oh, you believe in free will
Well, yes and no.
I still know that when I wake up in the morning, I'm making a conscious decision to eat either toast or cereal.
But on say, a larger scale(or smaller), I really don't have any freedom, and my destiny is laid out for me.
Which is fine, it's not like I'll be able to 'feel' that control any time soon.

Again, just stating my beliefs, not saying this is fact.

And you may not remember anything, but don't you still have thoughts?
Cause I can wake up sometimes and not remember anything in between bedtime and morning, but I know I dreamed.
I know my mind was still perceiving it.
And here's a cool little link for you on that subject, it's a man who did like, 13 grams of mushrooms in his closet in the dark, and he said he recalled every single memory he ever had clearly.
You'll have to read it though, cause like I said, I'm terrible with reiterating information.
