ok /sci/ I have a bit of a strange question for you I just had a stroke of brilliance and I think I realized that:

given that there are infinite primes,

Any given odd integer can be multiplied by a prime number and be two less than another prime number.

that is

N times p = p1 - 2

where N is an odd integer, p is a prime number and p1 is the resulting prime number.

this is probably super obvious or already proven but it just came to me, if it isn't already proven or stated, I want to call it "The Ditzler conjecture"

so /sci/ can you prove this wrong. or can you prove me right?

inb4 someone does not get it and proves it wrong falsely
