How do you promote education in native languages?

I feel like language is the big barrier to being an intelligent species. Without complex communication, you can't really form complex societies. Even African Greys, considered the most intelligent parrot, only had one member of its species believed to have a basic grasp of language besides the memorization of sounds.

Last night's youtube live stream of Juno had a instant message feature. Nearly the entire thing was filled with nothing but religion fags, atheist fags, flat earthers, and people calling the images fake and NASA fake.

Even though the shots of Juno had big text that said it was CGI.
