So, what's the deal with graduate school for me if I have a mediocre GPA (around 3.3 or so) but a great deal of research experience (at least a year's experience in three different labs at this point)? I may do an honors undergraduate thesis before I'm done but it's nowhere the real deal and only gets published in my school library. Would that help even out how poorly I did in undergrad?

Oh also triple majored if that makes any difference

I'll be working in a medicinal chemistry lab synthesizing antibiotics.
