Fuel, batteries, charge in a socket. Power doesn't seem the issue, if the limb is like an arm or leg then there's plenty space for battery storage.

There's no modern technology that doesn't get replaced every 5-10 years. That's a lot of time for material engineering to advance, for lighter prosthetics, more accurate EEGs, better power consumption and more functionality. The only issue would be cost; but I'm sure the medical companies and banks would love to offer you a credit card and charge you interest on your limb over 15 years without issue.
