It wouldn't surprise me if AI was significantly more advanced than is being announced to the public; simply to avoid widespread problems its implementation into society is being gradually made. Just a guess.

How did you develop good study habits?

I'm transferring from a community college (I didn't go to high school, long story, so I pretty much had to do things this way) to a university next fall. Finished the whole undergrad math sequence and just coasted through on my good memory and analytical skills. I'll be taking some pretty tough classes like analysis and lagrangian mechanics in the fall, and I have a fear of getting slaughtered by these classes. Essentially I wanted to take this summer to relearn all the mathematics I know, except with rigorous proofs, and learn some analysis and calculus of variations to prepare me well.

However, I really don't know 'how' to study if that makes sense, even though I think I could cultivate the willpower to do it. Even if I spend a couple hours I'm horribly inefficient at it, and I feel as though someone with good study habits could be as productive in about half an hour, or so.
