i was learning about the large intestine and i was wondering how the fuck do people that do extreme penetration do it? where do the large objects they shove even go? i guess that they can store the smaller stuff like balls,eggs,food in the descending colon and push them out one after one but how tf do they put a 20 inch silicon phallus in there???
