Oh boy, get ready for SpaceX to have to acquire permission/paperwork/licenses from NASA, DOD, FAA, FCC, DOC, and DOT for permission to travel to Mars to conduct "novel space activities", with a mountain of paperwork and response and finalization and appeal time longer than a Mars synod.
