>tfw phd student in computer science
>tfw just spoke to a girl for the first time after many years

it was during a TA session where I am the instructor

it also happens that she's a 10/10 qt

why is life so difficult

fucking hell why is being a phd student so fucking painful?

I am doing a phd in computer science, I was given my own office by the university, all the guys in my research group are smart mother fuckers, ranging from phds with a bunch of publications to post docs, assistant and associate professors, even full time professors with big names in the field.

I sometimes wonder what the fuck am I doing here, these guys are so much smarter than I am and basically in front of them I am a zero.

Other than that there is also one other main problem, YOU ALWAYS HAVE WORK TO DO.

You think your day is over because you finished that shitty code that you will then use for the experiments? Look at your calendar! BAM! You have 3 meetings tomorrow that you have to prepare for unless you want to look like a total dumb ass during them.

Monday today and let me describe you how shitty it has been so far.

>wake up at 7 am
>TA from 8 until 2 pm undergraduates
>meeting for a project with another guy from 3 pm until 7 pm
>now it's 22:50 pm and I have been preparing for all the project meetings that I have tomorrow. I HAVE NO IDEA WHEN I WILL BE OVER. Just made another cup of coffee, hopefully the last one.

what the fuck /sci/

I thought this would be fun

how the fuck do I survive this shit?
