The 50G's new keyboard layout sucks, but the case is much sturdier, the SD port is much better than the proprietary memory ports, it's faster, and so on.

But that damn key layout and glossy screen, arrgh.

Still I bought an extra 50G to put away for a rainy day, as they are being discontinued at the end of the year. They will be $250+ NIB soon like other older HP calcs that were never properly replaced.
