Can someone identify what this thing is. Basically it's like a hair follicle or some shit, but it's not really a pimple, it's like a red protruding slim thing. I'm p. sure if I were to cut it off it would bleed and it would scar. I have a few in areas that I shave, but now a new one appeared and it's on my face so need to find out what it is to know to possibly remove it.
